We're home! We were able to record one seizure, got tons of face time with various neurologists and epileptologists (a new word I learned this week) and have put Brady on a new medication. So far, so good. We are almost 48 hours seizure free.
Now if we could just get the glue out of Brady's hair. The nurses suggested mayonnaise - so gross. Brady smells like an egg salad sandwich but his hair has never looked silkier ;-)

By the way, this was posted by me. I didn't realize that Troy was logged in and I wouldn't want anyone to think he uses emoticons or words like "silkier".
Oops! I just did the same thing and posted this comment from Matt's account... Oops! :)
(And, heaven forbid that Troy use the word "silkier"!)
So glad you are home and feeling good about everything. I am glad things went "well" while you were there.
And maybe while you are using the mayonnaise in his hair, you should try an egg-white facial while you are at it! (Remember those? They were all the "rage" in High School!) You could make him feel like a whole new little-man with a complete make-over! :

Well, silky mayo hair or not, I'm just thrilled Brady has gone a couple days without seizures!
So happy for the new medication! To go from so many in 24 hours to zero in 8 days...incredible! So great.
Maybe I should try Mayo on my hair. I could use some silkiness!
